It has been proven that pharmacist engagement leads to improved patient outcomes. With that in mind, Pacific Oak Compounding Pharmacy has built its practice model to encourage these patient-pharmacist interactions. Patients are able to sit with their pharmacist and discuss any health issues, from learning to use a new glucose meter to reviewing changes after a hospital discharge.
Patients enrolled in our TotalSync Program have access to free One-On-One appointments with their pharmacist. Similar to a doctor’s office, pharmacist notes are maintained in a patient file to help guide future medical suggestions. For greatest access and convenience, phone and video appointments are available.
